Great customer support

I found that customer service at ebooks.com is fantastic, they respond quickly and to the point. Unfortunately, I had to contact them more often than I would have liked to. The application consistently failed to load books and I had to reinstall it. Besides, it has no annotation function which is a drawback considering the field I work in.
