The words at the ends of pages are cut in awkward places. Also the books have many highlighted passages that I didnt highlight and cant un-highlight.

This App is okay when you look at it but inside you cant do anything. How do you search for a book. It asks for so much information. It stinks.

Downloaded this stupid thing. I tapped the screen and it immediately opened a book (the free books listed are garbage.) No way to back out to home screen, so you cant even see if theres any way to download books. Worst ereader ever.

How do you zoom in on a page?

Downloaded this app to read TRUELY FREE BOOKS. This app is very easy to use w/ book shelves to display books currently downloaded. The last book opened is automatically at the top & will when tapped opens to the last page opened. Reader also has the ability to highlight text, make notes & mark pages, all of which are listed in page order displaying what text was highlighted, notes typed displayed (also in page order), pages marked again in page order. Each of these can also be edited or deleted at any time. The only reason this application did not receive 5 stars is because I dont find any way to copy text or use define for particular words.

I wonder who wrote all those glowing reviews? To begin with, this app is only useful for downloading books purchased from ebooks.com or for reading the usual old dusty out of copyright books that you see bundled with all readers. If you buy from other vendors you wont be able to read them here. The user interface is so frustrating to use that frustrating to use that I have vowed not to buy any more epubs from ebooks.com until they have improved the download options. If you want a goof epub reader get Marvin. GoodReader is excellent for pdfs. Get this one only if ebooks forces you to do so. It is one the worst readers I have seen.

Im very happy to have this app for my travels. Easy to use.

No instructions, no help file, no tutorial... All I want to do is load my eBooks and PDFs into the app. Deleting and looking for another app.

*resets chapters randomly and extremely frequently, about three times per chapter an have too find where I was. *resets chapters if I move my phone too much. *bookmarks do not work and are hard to work with. *display where I am in the chapter incorrectly. *displays where I am in the book incorrectly *displays that I have read all the pages in the book, when I have read a third ot less. *cant read on sideways without glitch. *chapter navigation very bad. *crashes if phone moved to much. *does not reload app if crashed, does displays a loading circle, with no results. *only way too fix crash is to reset phone. *otherwise the user interface is good, but has horrible functionality. *slow chapter navigation, have to manual flip pages. *sometimes cant move page. *moving too next chapter is glitchy and error prone. *i have so far listed 15 bugs, glitches and major errors mostly in functionality and some in desighn. PS: I would suggest ibooks over this.

Its usually stable as a reader but will crash occasionally. The user interface is a little bit cumbersome at times but not terrible.

Easy to use. Find books fast. East download, east to adjust. Has all the features you need and is free. Yay. Good reader. Use it.

All I kept getting on my iPad was "server unavailable" and when u call them, they do not help u over the phone and they claim to respond to an email and you never hear from them. Ordered one book and thats it ! I Am Done!!!!

Super easy to use. No bugs that i can tell. Overall great app

This is stupid after long time that you have kept your imported files suddenly you loose them (no warning) by changing the device regardless of back up. No support and I delete it from my ipad and never use it again.

I keep my resume here as an easy place to store and access for job search. It has so far been able to sync with my ebook account easily and flawlessly through all versions for the last year. Also handy, and the way i use it is to take advantage of *preventing* automatically syncing everything; i download what i want onto any particular device. Solid and dependable so far. The tool for commenting on the books, joirnals and .pdfs is not one that i use much; there is one.

I purchased an expensive textbook from ebooks.com. I was able to sync the book with the reader, but the app hangs whenever I try to read it. I tried downloading the ePub, but the iPad version of the website doesnt provide me with a download link. Support have not been helpful, and have stopped responding. Very disappointing.
